I Help Ladies who Run Wellness Tourism Spaces - Boutique Accommodation, Spas & Retreats - Integrate Evidence-Based, Nervous System-Informed Wellness Into Every Corner of Their Space

… So that your space becomes more than a beautiful escape, it becomes a destination that genuinely transforms every person who walks through your doors. By designing rejuvenating guest experiences, impact-driven wellness programs and streamlined operations.

I'm Jess, a Wellness Tourism Consultant specialising in integrating science-backed wellness, holistic health and nervous system regulation into tourism and hospitality spaces.

After 7 years working therapeutically with people in their hardest moments, I developed a deep psychological understanding of transformation - what genuine restoration requires, and how far its effects reach: not just to the individual, but to their relationships, families, and communities.

Combined with travelling to every continent, experiencing wellness spaces across the world, and several years of hands-on service design, growth and strategy - I understand both what makes a guest experience fully restorative, and what it takes to build the business behind it.

Because people aren't just craving a getaway anymore. They're searching for that places that leave them restored, calmer, and more energised than they've felt in years. And when that happens? The ripple extends far beyond your doors. Into their relationships, their families, their communities and the world we all share..

My mission is to support the ladies building these spaces to deliver exactly that. Because what they're creating has the power to transform people’s lives.

That's why Sea & Soul exists.

The Story behind the Strategy

THE RIPPLE EFFECT

THE RIPPLE EFFECT

A young woman sitting by a swimming pool on a wooden deck, smiling and looking down. She is wearing a red and white checkered bikini. In the background, there are palm trees, a multi-story building with a stone facade, outdoor seating with umbrellas, and a glass railing.

The Ripple Effect

The ripple starts with your vision. It moves through your guest. And it spreads further than you can see.

  • Before we look at anything else, we establish what you're building and why. Your mission, your dream guest, the transformation you exist to deliver. When this is clear and owned, everything becomes a magnet - the right guests find you, your rates reflect your worth, your reputation builds itself, and the work you do every day feels aligned with the business you set out to create. This is the foundation everything else is built from, and the reason we start here.

  • When your programming is designed around the specific transformation your dream guest is seeking, it becomes the reason people choose you over every other option. Drawing on evidence-informed approaches and rooted in nervous system regulation, we design offers that are experientially compelling and physiologically grounded, while exploring potential partners to support with delivery. The kind of programming that generates return visits, genuine referrals, and a reputation that precedes you.

  • The guest experience doesn't begin at check-in - it begins the moment someone lands on your website, reads your first email, and steps out of their car. When every touchpoint is designed with intention, the transformation you're offering is felt before a single session begins. Drawing on blue mind science, restorative design, and multisensory principles, we shape the full arc of the guest journey so the stay lands exactly the way you always intended it to and creating the impact you are here to make.

  • The landscapes and environments that draw your guests in are also your most valuable asset. When your sourcing, supplier partnerships and environmental practices are considered and authentic, they become part of what sets you apart. Wellness travellers are increasingly choosing with this in mind, and the businesses that lead here are building with longevity.

  • The structure behind your business is what makes everything else sustainable. Streamlined systems, people who are aligned with your mission and invested in the experience you're creating, and clear decisions about what to delegate and what to outsource, is what creates the conditions for genuine growth. And when the operations are working, you get to step out of the doing and into the leadership your business needs from you.

  • "Jess helped me problem-solve & see the gaps that I could no longer see, after being stuck in the operations for so long. She helped me see what's possible, while providing the roadmap to get there"
