HEY, I’M JESS

I Help Wellness Tourism Founders create spaces grounded in science, soul and sensory design, that transforms lives.

Expertise

My work sits at the intersection of two worlds most people keep separate - years of hands-on therapeutic support, working with people through their most vulnerable moments, and roles designing and leading services built around holistic health and human transformation.
That combination is what makes Sea & Soul Consulting different.
I don't just understand wellness or strategy, I understand people.

  • With a BSc in Social Work, a Certificate in Trauma Informed Care and Holistic Life Coaching, I spent 7+ years working therapeutically with individuals, families & communities using nervous system regulation and evidence-based wellness strategies to help people overcoming their blocks while restoring their health and wellbeing.

  • I've designed, built and led holistic services and programmes from the ground up - shaping the environments, experiences and offerings that allow people to restore, and thrive.

  • I've worked hands-on inside small businesses to streamline operations, strengthen the customer journey and develop teams including introducing AI and automation to free up time, and coaching owners out of the day-to-day and into the strategic vision they started with.

  • Alongside a Project Management Certificate, I've brought diverse groups together through workshops and collaborative planning - incorporating cultural perspectives, locally-led approaches and sustainability thinking to identify gaps and build solutions that stick.

Values

  • Every strategy, every experience I help you build is designed to genuinely move people and leave your space, your guests and the planet better than we found them.

  • Your space has a soul. My job is to help you find it, articulate it and build every experience around it, not someone else's version of what wellness should look like.

  • True wellness goes way beyond a treatment menu. I bring a deep understanding of holistic health, psychology, and neuroscience to everything I do, because that's what your guests are really seeking.

  • The best wellness experiences are built on real human connection. That's how I work with you, and what I help you create for your guests.

  • I’m always learning, evolving and pushing what's possible in wellness hospitality, so you don't have to figure it out alone.

  • Protecting the planet (especially the ocean) is woven into every recommendation we make.

Wellness

My love of health & wellness started from a young age - enjoying self-activities, getting out in nature & self-development books. As as time went on - I fell in love with pilates, spas, & other wellness activities.

Inspired by some close female role models, in my teens & ever since, I thrived on exploring new places. 7 continents later, that love hasn't died down. But it shifted to wellness & water.

Travel

Water

Growing up in Ireland, mountains were more of a draw than the cold ocean. But after falling down a waterfall, the pool became my respite as I healed - for my back, but also more. It led to a love of swimming, then living near beaches, daily ocean dips, and snorkelling. And the more time I spent in the water, the more I wanted to protect it.
