Hands-on implementation that turns your wellness design into a working part of the space and business, coordinating the people, partnerships, operations and guest experience needed to deliver it well.

Over three months or more, I manage the implementation with you and the people involved. I select, contract and coordinate the operators, suppliers and partners identified during design, build out the operational enhancements, support staff training and oversee the changes across the business. As implementation progresses, I troubleshoot challenges, make practical adjustments and keep everything moving in the same strategic direction.

You leave with the strategy implemented across the space and business, with the people, systems, partnerships and experiences in place to deliver a cohesive guest experience, stronger operations and new opportunities for revenue and growth.
