Over two days, I experience your space as a guest would, observe daily operations, and talk with your team. I assess your wellness offerings, guest experience and journey, sustainability practices, and positioning, and map all of it against those outcomes. You leave with a clear strategy that shows exactly what to change, what to build on, and where the real opportunities and growth is.

Day 1 is experiential. I arrive as a guest, move through the space, take in every sensory detail, observe how the team shows up, and experience what is on offer (this allows the most authentic experience of your space, therefore providing the best clarity).
Day 2 goes deeper. We sit down together to get specific on your vision and your ideal guest. I speak with your team, review your guest feedback, your website, your marketing, and your treatment offering, and we close with a 90-minute session together to work through what I've found and where the opportunities are.
