Day 1 is experiential. I arrive as a guest, moving through your space, taking in every sensory detail, observing how your team shows up, and feeling the experience from the inside out. Day 2 goes deeper. We sit down together to get specific on your vision and your dream guest, I speak with your team, review your guest feedback, your website, your marketing, and your treatment offering, and we close with a 90-minute session together to work through what I've found and where the opportunities are.
